• Catalina Casino

  

  One of Avalon's most taditional landmarks that includes a movie theater, ballroom, and formerly an island art and history museum.

  Movie Theater:

  The Avalon Theatre is located in the lower level of the Catalina Casino and features first-run movies. The theatre seats 1,184 people and is 138 feet across and 43 feet high. Art deco murals by John Gabriel Beckman adorn the walls and create a stunning ambiance. You’ll be amazed by the wonderful acoustic offered in the theatre. Movies are shown nightly at 7:30 pm.

• Golf Course

  

  If you're looking to play a few rounds of golf on your vacation to Catalina Island, you're in luck. We offer two options for you, the Catalina Island Golf Course and the Miniature Golf Gardens.

  Miniature Golf:

  Enjoy the day with visiting our unique 18-hole course with all the family fun and competetion you can receive. Hours are Sunday thru Friday - 9 am to 5:30 pm (last tee off 4:30 pm) and Saturday - 9 am to 8:30 pm (last tee off 7:30 pm). Children are $10.00 ages 2-11 and Adults $12.00

  Regular Golf Course:

  This scenic, 2,100-yard course has nine challenging holes, two sets of tees for 18-hole play. The long, narrow course meanders through a canyon setting toward the ocean. The small greens and deep bunkers are enough to challenge any golfer. A driving net is available. Deer, hawks and island fox frequent the area. Open Daily - 7 am to 6 pm 9-Hole - $41 Mon-Thurs, $50 Fri-Sun and 18-Hole - $65 Mon-Thurs, $75 Fri-Sun

• Boating Tours

  

  A great way to explore and experience the beauty of Catalina Island is by getting out on the water. The sparkling ocean surrounding the island is filled with dolphins, whales, sea lions, and an array of fish including the California flying fish and the Garibaldi, the bright orange fish that is the official marine fish of California. Includes different activities like fishing, glass bottom boat voyage and more!
